STRONG FOUNDATIONS
The Bond that Builds Success
Force99 was founded committed to doing things differently.
Founders Jim Condon and Ed Drose share a vision that goes beyond the bottom line. From the beginning, their goal was clear: to build a high-performing, close-knit team capped at 99—large enough to deliver exceptional results, yet small enough that every individual is seen, heard, and valued. They set out to create and sustain a company culture where people genuinely matter. As a lasting testament to that vision, they embedded the number 99 right into the company’s name.
Their friendship began in the U.S. Army Reserves while getting Engineering degrees at Clemson University. Those formative years forged a foundation of discipline, leadership, and shared purpose. Together, they bring decades of complementary experience spanning active duty military service, both government and corporate sector executive leadership, and decades of OCONUS-centric lived experience.
Force99’s journey started in 2016 as a team of two. Since then, the company has grown steadily, driven by a mission to deliver excellence while maintaining the values of a small, agile and success-driven team. At Force99, the mission always comes first, and every member of the team plays a vital role in achieving it.
